WHO: Euphresco members; research scientists; Euphresco coordinator WHAT: The phase “Production and signing of commitments” is an administrative phase involving whose outcome is the production and signature of a series of contractual documents for competitive topics: ‘Call Principles’ and ‘Letter of Commitment’. The project proposal should also be completed by the end of this phase, as the Letter of Commitment requires a commitment based on the topic description and the project proposal.
