WHAT: The phase “Production and signing of commitments” is an administrative phase involving whose outcome is the production and signature of a series of contractual documents for competitive topics: ‘Call Principles’ and ‘Letter of Commitment’. The project proposal should also be completed by the end of this phase, as the Letter of Commitment requires a commitment based on the topic description and the project proposal.

WHAT: The outcome of this phase is the evaluation by the funding consortium of the research proposals and the completion of a series of administrative documents (information on participating researchers, signing of national commitments, etc.) by various research and funding organisations.
